These are the days...

Life is best when you are living every minute to it's fullest!

Believe me, I know...

Lately I have been spending a LOT more time with people. I have felt like I had not done enough "quality time" with the people around me, so these last few weeks have been spent being...well, ME!! =)

I started with a family favorite...

I love making Chia Tea, although I know that I don't make it half as well as a certain family member. ;-) But I'm guessing that it must have been somewhat good because the smell certainly drew quite a few people to the living room. =)

The Medical field

As some of you might know, I got an "outside school" that I now teach at on Tuesdays (I will get some pictures from there soon). Anyway, God has blessed me with a great friendship with the schools nurse. Her name is Popo and her English is pretty good! She is so friendly and loves taking people out, so when she found out that I was interested in the medical field she took me to a major Psychology-Centered Base - right here in Taoyuan! She introduced me to several of her old colleagues and they all made me feel so welcome. It was amazing walking into that place. I don't remember what it was called, but it was like a nursing home, but for mentally incapable people whose family's didn't know how to take care of them. It was very interesting and I was very impressed with everything there.

Millions of thoughts were running through my head the whole time - "Is this something I am interested in?" "Where does God want me?" "How can I help?" The burden on my heart was so heavy the whole time I was there.

All I can say is that I am very excited to see what God is going to do in my life this next year...There is going to be something very special happening this next year and I cannot wait to see what it is! =)

ROAD TRIP!!

Oh yes...the road trip. It was amazing, but it will be left for a later post...
