i honestly do update this blog... sometimes :P
so much has happened so far this month. where do i even start?
first week of Dec. was awesome. great kids, crazy late nights w/ them, early mornings, meal times, etc, etc... it was great!! :D
that weekend i went to go visit one of my past students/friends (Anna)! I was so excited to see her... she had grown up soo much!! Anna and her family were so hospitable too. they brought me all over Mauli! We ate some amazing food, saw some gorgeous sites (flowers, lookouts, etc), went late-night-marketing, played cards until wee hrs in the morning, and worked on their english/my chinese!! [hehehe] it was great :) Leaving was so hard! but i know that we will see each other again soon - we always do :) :)
the next week started too soon. PTL for another amazing group of kids (no "naughty" kids)! We had a Christmas party that week, santa came for a visit (santa got a nose ring... apparently), and it was a great week in every way possible!
that weekend... i think i just spent that weekend in bed, actually. and yesh, when i say "in bed", i mean i literally slept ALL WEEKEND. lol. oh... except for Sunday. Us foreigners from Douliou all decided to go paintball-ing that day, so i had to drag myself out of bed. it was worth it though - gotta love getting all bruised up/battle scars ;)
this past week was an office week... nothing too exciting happened... just lesson planning. oh! we started chinese lessons at the college (down the rd) on monday! I'm super excited! our teacher is a christian and has offered to get together with us to discuss the Bible over coffee and whatnot ~ pretty exciting how God works out those little things :)
{{that's where i stopped writing (about a week ago)... so i have no idea how i was going to finish that post up... lol}}
